what happened?

I really loved the necklace i bought in Alexandria Bay N.Y. so when i got home i went online to buy a bracelet. i bought 2 bracelets and added more scrolls to write on. i also got a promotion code to get a gold necklace half off. i received 1 bracelet and the extra scrolls. i never got the other bracelet or the gold necklace.
