Are the bracelets and necklaces waterproof?
The capsules are water-resistant, not completely waterproof. The capsule will not rust, change colour and shouldn't tarnish more than expected with water, however there is always a chance that the capsule can loosen, allowing water to seep through, which could damage your scroll. Most people do wear their capsules in the shower, swimming etc. and just change the scroll from time to time. We recommend that if you have a one-of-a-kind sentimental scroll inside, you avoid getting it wet.
What is the length on the necklace?
The string necklace is maximum 28” long and can be completely adjusted to your desired length. It can also be worn as a choker.
The chain necklaces list the length in their detail descriptions.
What is the sizing of the bracelet?
The bracelet has a maximum circumference of 9.5”, and can be adjusted to your desired size. We have chosen this size as it can adjust to fit 99.9% of women, children, and men :)
How do you adjust the size of the bracelet or necklace?
Both string bracelets and necklaces have a sliding macrame knot making for easy adjustments and tightening.
How big is the capsule?
The capsule is 1” in length and 5/16” in width. The opening of the capsule for the scroll is 3/16”.
How big is the scroll?
The scroll is 2 9/16” x ⅝”. Allowing for 1-2 short sentences or a few sentimental words :)
How many blank scrolls come with the bracelet and necklace?
3 blank scrolls in total, 1 inside the capsule and 2 spares.

What are the capsules made of?
The silver is made of raw marine-grade aluminium. The gold and rose-gold capsules are premium 18K gold plated brass. We only use the highest standard electroplating process for our gold plate. We are confident our gold plating will last a long time.
Are the capsules Nickel free?
The silver capsules have NO traces of nickel. The gold and rose gold capsules have a layer of nickel under the gold plating, however from our experience so far we have not seen this cause any issues for customers with nickel allergies because it doesn't contact the skin due to our thickly coated gold plating.

Can I use the capsule to carry a loved one's ashes?
Yes, some people do use our capsules for this! If you plan to carry ashes, we suggest creating a permanent seal so that the capsule stays completely water-proof and forever locked in place. You can do this by adding a touch of superglue or clear nail polish to the threads when you close the capsule!
How to change or cancel an order?
Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped, orders cannot be changed.
How to track my order?
If you purchase tracking upon checkout you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link directly to your shipping updates. If no tracking information is purchased unfortunately we cannot track your order as we sometimes ship small orders via First Class Mail which isn't tracked.
I still haven't received my order, what do I do?
Firstly, if you have tracking details, check the status of your order through your purchase confirmation email. Orders usually take 3 business days via USPS to arrive, but this time frame isn’t guaranteed and can sometimes take substantially longer. if it has been more than 2 weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to return/exchange an item?
If you changed your mind, please contact us within 30 days after you receive your item. Please note that the item can only be returned or exchanged if it is in unused condition and in original packaging. Once your item has been returned, a refund will be processed.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will sort this out.
How do I request to have a personalised note written on the scroll?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with this request and we will do our best to honor it. Please keep in mind that the scroll is small, so the message should be a few meaningful words or 1-2 short sentences.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship within the USA and pretty much everywhere around the world.
How much is shipping?
We provide FREE USPS First Class shipping on all USA orders of 2 or more items. Otherwise we charge standard rates, typically about $3 for First Class.
Priority and Overnight Express options are available for purchase.
International shipping rates from USPS, UPS and DHL apply.
How long does delivery usually take?
We do our best to process and ship orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders usually take 3 business to arrive via USPS First-Class mail.
