Shipping policy

If you require an urgent/timely delivery (birthday, holiday, etc), we highly suggest selecting Priority Mail or UPS at checkout. We provide this service at a discount and it will give you the greatest chance of arriving on time.

All shipping time frames listed during checkout are merely guides, and not guaranteed. We unfortunately cannot offer compensation for shipping delays. The only exception is UPS Next Day Air, which we describe below.

We provide FREE shipping in the USA on orders over $50! Orders under that amount are a flat $5 shipping fee. We use USPS First-Class Mail which usually takes an estimated 3-5 business days to arrive (starting after the day the order is processed).

We make our best effort to process and ship within 24 hours of receiving your order during weekdays - typically within the same day.  If you order over the weekend, your shipment will normally be processed the following weekday.

UPS Next Day Air Shipping (1 Day delivery for most cities):  Purchase must be made before 1pm PST to be received the following business day. Otherwise the order will be received in 2 days. If you order before our deadline and do not receive during the expected delivery date (1 Day for most cities, however 2 Day for some rural areas), please email us team@intentioncapsule.com and we will refund your shipping fee.

For international shipping, we offer discounted rates from USPS, UPS and DHL.
